Image upload error

Thanks, this may help us with some known problems. I cross-posted this to polish up new file and image uploading where there are a number of issues with our new image upload system.

I have got the same problem on http://sandbox.dwagn.org/ since yesterday afternoon (hour in Paris - France). Nethertheless I tested it with success yesterday morning.
