The best work-around I know of is to start typing the name of the card in the search bar and let it auto-complete, then copying & pasting. Obviously a menu would be far more discoverable and more convenient. Copying and pasting the name often includes HTML markup so you have to "clean" it somehow, and anyway when you want the name of a plus card in context this is not possible.
I like this. Perhaps an "advanced > copy" submenu with name, content, and (eventually) embed code?

- edit > name
- add .txt?view=name to the card's page

Yeah now that we have a menu it may turn out to be the solution for many things. We'll probably feel increasing tension about overcrowding it. C'est la vie.
