This would enable creation of multi-page surveys, as you could have the creation of each page lead to an offer to create the next.

Interpret _self as the card that was added that had a +*thanks setting. So if "page 1+*right+*thanks" is:

...then when you click Submit on "Survey 0012+page 1" Wagn offers to add "Survey 0012+page 2"
